All Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB)/Data Safety Committee (DSC) Reports must be forwarded to the HiREB as soon as they are available.
These reports should contain a recommendation about the continuation; or temporary or permanent termination, of the trial.
Please provide the study title, name of the Local Principal Investigator (LPI), and the HiREB submission number, either on the DSMB report or in an attached letter.
