A detailed progress report must be submitted every year to the HiREB until the project is completed. The report must include the items detailed in the Annual Renewal form and the results of any interim analyses or safety committee reports. The Annual Renewal form should be accompanied by a list of all publications arising as a result of the research project.

For high risk studies and other circumstances, more frequent reporting may be required.
